Plain terms for a fan channel.

These terms cover leonidaloft.com, the Leonida Loft channels, and the private tool we use to make them. Last updated October 18, 2026.

Who we are

Leonida Loft is an independent, unofficial GTA VI fan channel and a product of Runtime Rodeo LLC, a Texas limited liability company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Runtime Rodeo LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and related names belong to their owners.

What you can expect from us

Every claim we make is labeled by how sure we are: confirmed by Rockstar, shown in footage, reported, my read, or unconfirmed. We correct mistakes when we find them.
No leaks, no fake gameplay, and no pretending we have played the game before it is out.
Rockstar footage we show is credited to Rockstar Games on screen, with any music in it muted.
Most of our narration uses a synthetic voice (some videos are in Chad’s own voice), our background art and illustrations are made with AI image tools, and our scripts are drafted with AI assistance and approved by a person. Videos in the synthetic voice carry the platform's AI label on TikTok and Instagram and are not posted to Facebook or Threads, where that label can't be set when the post is published; YouTube doesn't ask for a label on a narrator voice, so the description says it.

The email list

Signing up is free and optional. You confirm the address by opening the link in the first email and pressing its Confirm button, so nobody can be added by someone else typing their address. You get a short email when Rockstar confirms something about GTA VI — the confirmed facts with their sources, and the videos we put out since the last one — plus up to four short welcome emails over your first two weeks and one heads-up the afternoon before the launch-night stream, with launch week's posting schedule. Apart from those, it is never more than one a week, and a week with nothing confirmed sends nothing. The mail is delivered by Resend on our behalf; what that means for your address is in Privacy. Every email has an unsubscribe link: one click on its button, or your mail app's own unsubscribe, deletes your record on the spot. We never sell, rent, or share the list. Using this site

The site is free to read and provided as is, for information and entertainment. Nothing here is advice, and release details can change until Rockstar ships the game. We work to get every fact right and label how sure we are, but we do not guarantee that any of it is complete or current.

Our work belongs to us

Our own work is protected by copyright to the extent the law allows. Material generated by AI on its own may not be protected; what is protected is the human work in it, such as the writing, the selection and arrangement, and the editing. That includes our scripts and narration, our voice-over recordings, our graphics, thumbnails, covers and motion design, our edits and the arrangement of footage within them, the writing on this site, and the way our research is selected and presented. The Leonida Loft name, logo and look are ours as well.

You may watch, share and link to our videos and pages using each platform's own share features, and quote a short passage for review, commentary, news reporting or teaching, as long as you credit Leonida Loft and link back to the original.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

re-upload, mirror or repost our videos, in whole or in part, on any platform, including compilations, reaction uploads that use our edit rather than your own commentary, and clips cut from our videos;
copy our scripts, narration or on-screen text, or read them aloud as your own;
reuse our thumbnails, covers, graphics or brand assets, or make anything designed to be mistaken for them;
use our name, logo or content to advertise, sponsor or endorse anything;
strip our credits, watermarks or labels, or present our work without attribution;
scrape or copy this site in bulk, or use our videos, audio, images, captions or text to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model.

We license nothing by implication. Any right not granted above is reserved.

To ask for permission, write to [email protected] and say what you want to use and where it will appear. We usually say yes to honest, credited use.

Material that belongs to other people

Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto VI, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive and all related names, logos, characters, artwork and footage are the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership of them, and nothing here transfers any right in them to you or to us. Rockstar's footage appears credited to Rockstar Games, and our permission above does not extend to it: if you want to use that footage, the permission has to come from Rockstar.

If you think we got it wrong

This site hosts no material uploaded by visitors. If you own material you believe we have used without the right to, write to [email protected] with the words "copyright" in the subject. Tell us who you are, identify the work and where it appears in ours, and give us a way to reach you. We will look at it ourselves, and take down anything we cannot stand behind, usually within a few days. You can also use the copyright tools on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, and we will not contest a claim we believe is right.

If you believe someone has re-uploaded our work, we would like to know: same address, same subject line.

The tool behind the channel

Leonida Loft Creator OS is a private tool that runs on the channel owner's own computer. It is not offered to anyone else and has no user accounts. It works only on our own YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, through each platform's official sign-in or our own signed-in account, to post our own videos and read their numbers and comments. It never likes or follows anyone and never acts on anyone else's account. The only private message it sends is one automatic reply, in words a person approved, to someone who comments LIVE on our own Instagram post, with the launch-night stream's details. On the platforms

When you watch or comment on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, or Twitch, that platform's own terms apply. Our videos are hosted on YouTube and listed here through the YouTube API Services, so by watching them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies.

Liability and the law that applies

The site, the email, and the videos are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Leonida Loft is not liable for any loss that comes from using them or relying on them, including a release detail that changes. Links to other sites are for reference; we do not control them. Nothing here limits a right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.
