Privacy

We collect very little, and we say exactly what.

This site is a set of static pages with one form on it. There is no account to make, no advertising, and no cookie from us. Here is everything that happens to data when you visit, sign up, or write to us. Last updated October 18, 2026.

Who is responsible

Leonida Loft is a product of Runtime Rodeo LLC, a Texas limited liability company in the United States. Runtime Rodeo LLC decides what happens to the data described here; in the words of European privacy law, it is the controller. For anything on this page, including the rights below, write to [email protected].

When you visit

  • No cookies, no ads, no cross-site tracking. We set no cookies. The site keeps your scroll position in your browser's session storage, so the back button returns you to the same spot; it clears when you close the tab and never leaves your device. If you press Pause motion at the bottom of a page, your browser remembers that choice until you press Play motion. Nothing you read here is profiled or sold.
  • Visitor counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you to other sites. We see totals only: pages viewed, the site that linked here, and the country, browser, and device type. We cannot see who you are.
  • Our host. Cloudflare serves the pages and, like every web host, briefly processes your IP address and the request to deliver them and to block attacks.
  • Video thumbnails. A few video pictures load from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com), so Google receives that request and your IP address, under the Google Privacy Policy. Fonts and everything else come from this site.
  • Live player. The launch-night page has a Twitch player that loads only if you click it. Until then nothing from Twitch reaches you. Once loaded, Twitch receives your IP address and can set its own cookies, under the Twitch Privacy Notice.

The email list

If you use the signup form on the home page, this is the whole of it:

  • What we store: your email address, the date you signed up, the date you confirmed, the IP address you confirmed from, and which of the welcome emails you have had. Nothing else: no name, no location lookup, no profile.
  • Why the IP: the confirming IP and the date are our proof that the address opted in, and they are used for nothing else. Separately, each signup attempt counts against the IP address it came from for one hour, so one script cannot sign up hundreds of addresses. That counter deletes itself after the hour.
  • Double opt-in: signing up sends one email with a link in it. The link opens a page with a single Confirm button, so an email security scanner that opens every link cannot sign you up. Until you press it you are on no list and get nothing else. If it was not you who typed the address, ignore that email and the record deletes itself after seven days.
  • What you get: a short email when Rockstar confirms something about GTA VI, put together automatically, with the source link beside each fact and the videos we published since the last one. At most one a week, and if nothing has been confirmed, no email goes out at all. Two exceptions: when you first join, up to four short welcome emails over your first two weeks (what the channel is, where to start watching, a chance to tell us what to cover next, and the long Saturday videos), and a single heads-up the afternoon before the launch-night stream, with launch week's posting schedule. If you signed up before October 5, 2026, you get no welcome emails: you joined under the older wording. No partner mail: no sponsor ever gets your address, and if an email ever carries a sponsor, it says so plainly.
  • Unsubscribing: every email has an unsubscribe link. It opens a page with a single Unsubscribe button, so an email security scanner that opens every link cannot remove you by accident. Your mail app's own unsubscribe button works in one step. Either way the record is deleted, and we never ask why.
  • We never sell, rent, trade, or share the list with anyone, for any money, ever.
  • Who touches it: the list lives in Cloudflare's storage behind this site, and the mail goes out through Resend, the sending service. They handle it on our behalf to store it and deliver the mail, and for nothing else. Apart from them, only Runtime Rodeo LLC, through its own Cloudflare account, can see it.
  • No open or click tracking. We do not know whether you read it. Each email shows two pictures, the beach header and our logo, which load from this site. They are the same files for everyone, carry nothing that identifies you, and we keep no record of who loads them.

If you email us

Mail sent to [email protected] reaches a Gmail inbox and is kept only as long as the conversation is useful. Writing to us does not put you on the email list; only the form does that.

Why we are allowed to use it

For visitors in the EU, the UK, and places with similar laws: the email list runs on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. Serving and securing the site, counting visits, stopping abusive signups, and answering mail rest on our legitimate interest in running a small website and channel, and each uses the least data that does the job.

How long we keep it

  • An unconfirmed signup: seven days, then it deletes itself.
  • A confirmed subscription: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
  • The signup counter for an IP address: one hour.
  • Email you send us: as long as the conversation is useful.
  • Visitor counts: aggregate totals only, kept by Cloudflare under its own retention.
  • Delivery records of each email: kept by Resend under its own retention.

Where it is processed

We are in the United States, and Cloudflare and Resend process this data in the United States and elsewhere under their own data processing terms. If you are outside the US, your data leaves your country when you use the site or the list. For data from the EU, the UK and Switzerland, those terms rely on recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask for a copy, ask us to limit how we use it, or object to how we use it. This includes any comment of yours the tool copied from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Write to [email protected], from the address in question if it is about the list, and we will answer within 30 days. Using a right costs nothing and changes nothing about how we treat you. If you are in the EU or the UK and think we got it wrong, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We do not sell or share personal information, as US state privacy laws use those words, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and no decision about you is made automatically.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track you across sites or sell your data, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off. Your browser can send them, and we treat them as a standing no.

Children

This is a channel about a game series rated M for Mature. The site is not directed at children, and our uploads are marked "not made for kids". We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, or under the age your country sets for agreeing to this yourself (up to 16 in parts of the EU), please do not sign up for the email. If you think a child has given us an address, write to us and we will delete it.

The tool behind the channel

The videos and carousels are made and posted by a private tool that runs on one person's own computer. Here is what that means for you:

  • It holds our own research, scripts, and schedule.
  • It copies the public comments people leave on our own videos and posts, with the commenter's public name, so we can read and answer them. To sort them and draft replies, the tool hands the comment's text, without the commenter's name, to an AI model (Anthropic's Claude), which processes it for us and does not use it to train its models; a person decides every reply. Otherwise they stay on that computer and are never shared or sold. Ask us and we will delete yours from it within seven days.
  • It uses the YouTube API Services, through Google's official sign-in, only on our own channel: to upload our videos, set their thumbnails and playlists, read our own statistics, and read and answer comments on our own uploads. The Google Privacy Policy applies to YouTube. We can withdraw the tool's access at any time from Google's security settings, and so can anyone who has connected an app to their own Google account.
  • It uses Meta's official interfaces, only on our own Instagram account, Threads profile and Facebook Page: to publish our own posts, to read their statistics, and on Instagram and Facebook to read their comments. Replies on Facebook, and public replies on Instagram, are posted by hand. One exception: until the launch-night stream on November 18, 2026, if you comment LIVE (just the word) on one of our Instagram posts, the tool sends you one private message with the stream's details and no link, in words a person approved, through Instagram's own private-reply feature. It keeps only the comment's ID and the post's ID, so it never messages you twice.
  • It uses TikTok's official sign-in only to read the view, like, comment, and share counts of our own videos. Our TikTok posts are scheduled from our own signed-in account.
  • It reads public view counts on channels we choose to watch, which is the same information anyone sees on a watch page.
  • It never likes or follows anyone, never messages anyone except that one keyword reply (a link-free private reply to someone who comments the keyword on our own post), never reads anyone's private data, and never signs in as anyone but us.

On the platforms

When you watch on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, or Twitch, that platform's own privacy policy applies to what it collects. We see the same aggregate numbers any creator sees (views, likes, comments) and nothing that identifies you beyond what you post publicly.
